		<description>This happens at my office all the time. We have a few people that abuse the API. Anyhow they block the machines public IP. If you have multiple IP&#039;s that you can rotate between this will fix the problem. If you cant rotate your machines public IP you can either wait it out or fill out this form, http://www.google.com/support/websearch/bin/request.py?contact_type=ban.
